How do I get a Clarity Press Account?
When you purchase an e-book online you automatically get a personal Clarity Press account so that you can login to download your e-book as soon as your purchase is approved. The e-book purchase process requires you to set up your account by supplying your email address and setting a password.

How long after purchase until I receive my e-book?
The whole process is automated and very quick; you can have your e-book in as little as 5 minutes. As soon as PayPal confirms your e-book payment, you automatically receive your Tax Invoice by email, and your e-book is available for download from the My Downloads page of your Clarity Press account. Log in to your account using the email address and password registered during the purchase. Your payment confirmation explains this and provides a link to your account login screen.
I get an error message when I try to join the mailing list

Is my e-book printable?
Yes. All e-books published by Clarity Press are in PDF (portable document format) and are therefore printable via your personal computer. They contain mostly words with few images to conserve your printer ink.
What are the postal fees on a product purchase?
Costs are in Australian dollars and include packaging and postage.

There are no fees for e-book delivery. Following confirmation of payment, your order is downloadable in PDF format immediately through your Clarity Press Account, which you're required to establish on your first purchase.

Secure Clarity Press account. It requires you setting up a user account where your purchases can be stored and accessed at any time. This is particularly useful if you've saved your e-book to your own computer and then misplace it. You'll always have access to your purchase(s) through your secure Clarity Press Account.
Secure PayPal payment service. We use the secure PayPal payment service, where you can pay using an existing PayPal account or an accepted credit card.

Copywriting is simply 'writing'. It's the writing of copy for websites, intranets, marketing material, training programs or anything else that requires clear and concise written communication. Not to be confused with copyright, which encompasses protection of intellectual knowledge, ideas and material that's already printed or displayed in some way. Copywriting is also different to patents.

Returns – Printed Material
Full refunds
You are entitled to return new, unopened printed material within 30 days after the date of dispatch for a full refund. We'll also pay the return postage charge if the reason for return is a result of our error (i.e. you received the incorrect publication.)
Partial refunds
Items that are opened, have obvious signs of use or are returned more than 30 days after the date of dispatch, will receive a partial refund. See amounts under Refunds.

Refunds
Where payment has been made online/electronically, refunds can only be returned by direct electronic transfer to the account of purchase and usually occur within 5 working days of receipt of returned item/s. Where payment has been made by cheque or other means, we will refund by cheque, so your refund may take longer to complete due to postal times.
Printed material returned within 30 days of the date of dispatch, unopened and undamaged, are naturally entitled to 100% refund. Customer pays for return postage unless reason for return is our distribution error.
In the event that you are entitled only to a partial refund, the following amounts apply.
- More than 30 days from date of dispatch (unopened): 90% refunded.
- Opened and undamaged/unused: 80% refunded.
- Signs of use: 40% refunded.
- Opened and damaged: 20% refunded.
